It is a refreshing walk in the turquoise waters of the Verdon : located at the entrance of the Grand Canyon, to discover some secrets leaving you float with the current. No special skills are required, if only to know how to swim ! Small rapids and jumps of varying heights (but avoidable !...) will be also in the program of this course to find out with family or friends. With a bit of luck, you will see hovering in the sky, the silhouettes of the vultures. The tunnels of the Martel trail also enjoy children and enjoy the walk back.

Magnificent descent, where we go through the most beautiful places of the Verdon Gorges. A progress in the bed of the Verdon, without use of rope, we let the current carry for a trip we passing by the defile of Styx, until the final exploration of the famous Imbut chaos " the Verdon Cathedral". On the program: swimming, jumps, slides... and contemplation !

Full day from 14 y/o

Suitable for any type of public, even beginner, wishing to spend a full day ! A progressive journey and varied to discover canyoning activity. The first part takes place in a dry canyon where magnificent cascades of tuff enhance our abseiling... We begin with small abseiling to become familiar with the technique, then continue by larger before a superb final to reach the Verdon and turquoise waters. Pause picnic at the bottom of the canyon... then we put on neoprene suits, to follow the current... swims, jumps, slides and wonder, through the descent, until the end of the aquatic part... then a trail leads us back to the start.

Half-day from 11 y/o

With family or friends, the canyon discovered by excellence! In a very green environment, it is a water trail in a canyon carved, accompanied with small abseiling without difficulties. Jumps (for those interested) and slides into crystal clear water, complete this beautiful descent ! The activity is suitable for beginners and children from 11/12 years.

Half-day from 12 y/o

Set high up on top of the gorge, this course offers a unique view of the Verdon and turquoise waters. For this vertical hike accessible to all, we move on via-cordata technique. Various obstacles spice route: “monkey bridge”, "Tarzan rope", abseiling and Tyrolean system. Sensations on the program! ...

Full day from 12 y/o

A complete course waiting for this day: The descent of the dry and very steep-sided Mainmorte canyon is gorgeous : Handrail, small Tyrolean system to cross a basin and numerous abseils where you sink almost underground. Just before diving into the Verdon, the ascent is by a former unusual passage in the cliff and once used by locals for farming (boxwood, juniper, honey ...). We will follow this ingenious and very steep path using via- cordata technique.
